Northville

Northville maintains a small-town atmosphere with a housing mix that includes single-family residences, condominiums, and multi-family complexes. Northville’s downtown features old-fashioned street lamps, benches, specialty shops, galleries theaters, restaurants and preserved landmarks.

Located about 30 minutes from downtown Detroit and 25 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor, this 2.2 square mile city is home to approximately 6,000 residents. Northville is served by the Northville School District and offers a community center, district library, city/township recreation program, 11 churches, full-time police department and a number of festivals and celebrations.

Novi

A city of roughly 55,000 residents, Novi is located in southern Oakland County, approximately 30 minutes from downtown Detroit. Novi residents have unparalleled access and proximity to health care facilities, recreation opportunities and vibrant retail centers, including Twelve Oaks Mall.

Novi is served by several school districts: Novi Community School District, Northville Public Schools, Walled Lake Schools and South Lyon Community Schools. It is also home to Walsh College, Catholic Central High School and Japanese School of Detroit.

Plymouth

The Plymouth community is made up of the City of Plymouth and Plymouth Township, and is located 15 miles east of Ann Arbor and 25 miles from downtown Detroit. With convenient access to major highways, Plymouth residents experience a small-town atmosphere with the advantage of being centrally-located between two metropolitan areas.

Home to nearly 38,000 residents, Plymouth offers a wide variety of entertainment and recreation options, ranging from weekly summer concerts to the annual Ice Festival held every January. Plymouth is served by the Plymouth-Canton Community School District and is close to the campuses of the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University, as well as Livonia’s Madonna University and Schoolcraft College.

South Lyon

Known for its historic and charming downtown, a number of annual festivals, scenic parks and excellent schools, the City of South Lyon offers residents a high quality of life. South Lyon is home to the Salem-South Lyon District Library, the Witch’s Hat Depot Museum and Historic Village, as well as a portion of the Huron Valley Rail Trail.

More than 11,000 people reside in the city, which is part of the South Lyon-Howell-Brighton Urban Area. The community is served by the South Lyon School District.
